This hotel dates back to 1925 and is said to have a lot of eerie occurrences. Witnesses have reported feeling cold spots on the 10th floor, along with the sounds of footsteps and crying and strange shadows. Stories say in the 1940s, a woman either fell or jumped to her death from the presidential suite. A congressman may have committed suicide here as well. These occurrences are said to happen between Midnight and 6 AM. A ghostly gambling man has also been spotted on the second floor, where there was an illegal casino in the 1920s-1930s. Employees have also reported that laundry carts move on their own in the basement.

Woke up in corner of room.

After looking out north facing 10th floor window, I awoke in corner of room looking at the ceiling. It was 1 am last I remember, I had just did mental ck of my self, not tired, not drunk, heading out to pickup girl friend in East Dallas. I was a few feet from window my head almost in corner of room between bedside table and wall. Difficult position to just fall and land in. On elevator a girl told me of the 10th floor haunts, then mins later I called my girl told her where I was and she knew about haunts there. Hallway was full of weird vibes.
