• Kaos — a roughly 28,000–30,000 sq ft no-touch haunted house with live actors, animatronics, immersive sets, jump scares, special effects, a chainsaw maze, and a hidden shot bar inside the haunt. 
• The Little Haunt — a dedicated kids haunt for ages 6 and under.
• Ground Zero Zombie Hunt — a 1.5-mile ride on 5-ton military trucks around the lake. Guests shoot live zombies with paintballs across 12 scenes. It opens October 2, 2026. 
Midway (~100,000 sq ft)
The midway is built as a full night-out, not just a queue:
• Large outdoor concert stage with live music
• Food court / food trucks
• Dirty soda bar and coffee / gourmet hot chocolate
• Axe throwing
• Mini escape rooms
• Interactive photo ops
• Games and merch
Parking is free, with room for about 400 vehicles.
