Located in a 100-year-old abandoned meat packing plant in a section of Fort Worth historically dubbed as "Hell's Half Acre," the Cutting Edge Haunted House is built upon a foundation of fear. The meat packing equipment from the Old West is still in use, but now it is a two-story human processing area. Realistic looking human mannequins are hoisted up to the second level and brought through the entire meat packing process until the conveyor system brings the butchered corpses back to the first level. The old meat-packing plant in downtown Fort Worth is a great home for the fantastic special effects that our loyal customers have come to expect." It takes visitors an average 55 minutes to explore Cutting Edge Haunted House. The walk-through is replete with frighteningly-realistic props
Cutting Edge Haunted House has established a reputation for being one of the best haunted houses in the nation. The new Guinness World Record has helped to solidify Cutting Edge Haunted House's standing as one of the country's best and largest haunted houses. Fun house, maybe.
Lighting was bad. You miss a lot of what they actually have set up. Fog machines were over used. Actors I guess aren't allowed to scream? You walked a lot, if you go to fun houses for exercise. There seemed to be places where someone should have been, but were awol ...

Cutting Edge Haunted House is repetitive and a waste of money. If you wanna go just to say I went to the longest haunted house ok then go, other than that there's nothing here than a walk way that had a person against a wall that will get close to you and not say a word or rattle a can or honk a horn. That's all you get from the actors! Then for everything else you can't see.Dance music is playing the whole time and there's just a lot of loud bangs that are so loud it really hurts your ears.Lets not forget the random pauses where you must wait in a line all over again. So if the music doesn't kill the affect the lines will. There's not just one line inside it happens four times.Let's not forget the real scare which is the bubble maze at the end you can't see ,you can't breath, and you come out so wet .Bring spare clothes or a towel to sit on in the car if you choose to go, but the question is when did bubbles become scary ? They put a bubble maze in a haunted house! I don't do reviews, but I feel angry, cheated, and just don't want anyone to have to spend well earn money. PS you have to pay to park as wellPosted October 2013
