This building now operates as a retirement and assisted-living community but was once the Crazy Water Hotel. It was built in the 1920s over the site of a well, and legend says that the hotel's name comes from the story of a mentally unstable woman who went there every day to drink the water until she was cured. There have been reports of a little girl's apparition in the basement of the building and a male spirit in the kitchen area.

My mom worked there in the 90s

My mom took me there in the 90s when she worked in the kitchen. I was just a kid and sat out side the kitchen doors. And a little girl in an old weird dress asked if I wanted to play hide and seek... I said yes and we took the elevator to the 3rd floor and then she disappeared. I cried for an hour there before my mom found me.
