My husband took me to the Galveston Galvez for my birthday. We stayed in room 505. At first it was fine, no strange feelings or anything. Room is pretty cramped. We ordered pizza and the delivery guy isn't allowed to deliver to your door, my husband went to the lobby and that's when things changed. I can't explain it but the air itself became different. I felt intimidated and threatened, but not sure why. I felt paralyzed and couldn't move, I was trying get to speak but couldn't. My husband arrived and I explained what occurred. He looked at me like I was nuts. Anyway were watching TV eating pizza and we started hearing whistling. We played along for awhile. I went to take a shower, and told my husband well guess it's time to sleep, she quit playing with us. A few hours later about 230am I woke up to a deep raspy voice saying "I will kill you". I still hear those words in her creepy voice. We quickly left. I can't explain how shaken up I was. What's more eerie I was diagnosed with cancer 3 months later in march. Never was sick or had symptoms. I will never go back to the Galvez.

My mom and I were walking the beach and decided to check out the Galvez since we had heard it was haunted. We went up to the haunted 5th floor in front of room 505 and I started recording on my phone. After we listened to it, there many unexplainable noises and sounds. I would love to stay the night in 505!
